Podcast consulting

Podcasts are about two key aspects of storytelling:
the topics you choose and the questions you ask.

Deutsche Gesellschaft für die Vereinten Nationen

In 2020 I assisted Timon Muerer to develop the framework for a new podcast for the German arm of the UN called un:gefragt, a play on UN asked. My role was in asking questions to help clarify the type of content that would serve both the DGVN mission and interest a wider public.

Getting both behind the scenes and a wider dialogue on one of the 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations. Season one focused on human rights.

In the fall of 2021 I interviewed 10 artists about their work.

We spoke about their art practice, their relationship with the neighborhood of Schöneberg, and their current ideas for the fall exhibition.

The podcast recordings serve as documentation for the project which in part focused on community engagement and the process of imagining new futures for the urban environment. Collecting the thoughts of each artist provides the audience insight in the various ways in which they work and presents a kaliedoscope of different approaches to interacting with and relating to the public space.
